THE ART OF ROASTING

Roasting Process

Espresso Da Vinci has been based in Padova, northern Italy, since 2013. In 2022,the company constructed a state-of-art production unit in Greece, particularly occupying and trasforming  a historic stone building in Athens into its premises which houses storing, processing, and packaging our high-quality coffee 

Trained roasting experts receive the green coffee beans and keep them in a designated room before transferring them to the weighing scale and the roaster via air.  

Once roasted, the coffee is moved by elevators to specially designed silos to rest for 24 hours before blending and packaging. The coffee is then left to mature for 18 days and undergoes the degas process.
